If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your sunglasses within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at shadespure@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please don’t send items back before requesting a return, as those can’t be accepted.
We inspect every pair before shipping, but if something arrives damaged, contact us right away. We’ll gladly exchange it for a new pair or issue you store credit.
Clearance sale items, gift cards, pre-order items and custom orders are final sale.
Shipping for other orders is calculated at checkout.
We’re not able to control delays caused by couriers or weather, but you can follow your tracking link for live updates. If something looks wrong, contact us and we’ll help.
