Refund policy
We want to ensure that you love the sunglasses that you have purchased. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged Items
We carefully inspect each item before shipping it to you. If you receive a damaged item, we will gladly exchange your item for a new pair or issue you a store credit. Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if your item is damaged.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that clearance sale items, gift cards, pre-order items, and custom orders are final and are excluded from this policy.
